A2ndvoice CIC proudly celebrates 14 years of advocacy, awareness, inclusion and support for autistic people, families and underserved communities.

Founded on 18 May 2012, A2ndvoice has grown from a grassroots parent-led initiative into a recognised community organisation supporting families through education, events, advocacy, partnerships and lived experience.

Our Impact

Over the years, A2ndvoice CIC has helped to:

Key Milestones

  • 2012: A2ndvoice was founded to support families navigating autism and isolation
  • 2018: Officially established as A2ndvoice CIC
  • 2020: Continued support online during the pandemic
  • 2024: HAF, community and family support projects expanded
  • 2025: Greater visibility through Autism Central and national conversations
  • 2026: Celebrating 14 years of impact and exhibiting at the Autism & ADHD Show London

In 2026, Founder Dr Venessa Swaby (H.C.) also won Advocate of the Year 2026 at the Neurodiverse Business Awards London.
