About us

Making Change Possible

A2ndvoice CIC supports autistic people, children, young people and families across London and surrounding areas.

Founded in 2012, we began as a grassroots support group for families navigating autism, isolation and a lack of culturally informed support. Today, we are a recognised autism and neurodiversity organisation focused on advocacy, inclusion and community support.

Our Mission

Our mission is to give autistic people, ADHD individuals and families a second voice.

We help families access information, feel supported, build confidence and connect with others who understand their journey.

Supporting Diverse Communities

We work closely with African, Caribbean, Asian, Minority Ethnic and Dual Heritage communities.

Our aim is to challenge stigma, raise awareness and make autism support more accessible, inclusive and culturally informed.

Led by Lived Experience

A2ndvoice CIC was founded by Dr Venessa Bobb Swaby (H.C.), Founder, CEO and lived-experience leader.

Our work is shaped by autistic people, families, specialists and community partners, ensuring support remains authentic, practical and meaningful.

Our Policies & Commitment

At A2ndvoice CIC, the safety, wellbeing, and inclusion of the individuals and families we support are at the heart of everything we do.

We are committed to providing high-quality, culturally responsive support for autistic individuals, people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), and their families. We work to ensure that everyone who engages with our services feels safe, respected, valued, and empowered.

To support this commitment, we maintain a range of policies and procedures covering safeguarding, equality, diversity and inclusion, health and safety, data protection, volunteering, complaints, and good governance.

Our policies help us promote best practice, protect vulnerable individuals, and ensure that our services are delivered responsibly, transparently, and in line with current legislation and guidance.
